SAM: The Cat Without a Tail, by Gloria Lintermans, earns the Literary Classics Seal of Approval

Sam, a precious cat with just a fluffy puff of a tail, was adopted into a new home.  But soon after, to his supreme embarrassment, Sam began to experience mockery by those who looked down upon the poor, sweet cat because he had no tail.  Feeling ashamed of himself, Sam began to hide from others.  He didn't like being teased for being different.  But then one day Sam learned that what made him unique was actually quite special, and his lack of a tail was nothing to be ashamed of.  In fact, Sam learned to be proud of his tail... or the lack thereof.

Sam: The Cat Without a Tail, by Gloria Lintermans, is a wonderful children's picture book with a beautiful message of self-acceptance.  Illustrations by Kristina Tosic are a wonderful addition to this delightful book.  Recommended for home and school libraries, Sam: The Cat Without a Tail earns the Literary Classics Seal of Approval.
