Two Hoots and a Holler, by Karen Chacek, earns the CLC Seal of Approval

Two Hoots and a Holler is the story of twins, Hootsie and Tootsie, young owls which never seem to get along with one another.  One day the twins' father, the wise doctor to the Avian Kingdom, devises a plan to help the two youngsters see eye-to-eye.  He cleverly helps one feathered friend resolve a problem while encouraging his children to find common ground and a reason to work together.

Youngsters with siblings are sure to relate to Hootsie and Tootsie in this tale of sibling rivalry.  Author Karen Chacek's creative rendering of this story provides a multi-faceted tale in which kids will experience a delightful "ah ha" moment.  Two Hoots and a Holler is one book in the Avian Kingdom Feathered Tales series.  This book is recommended for home and school libraries and has earned the Literary Classics Seal of Approval.
